Construction Cost Estimate definition

Construction Cost Estimate means an anticipated amount for which a Contractor will execute the construction of the Project;
Construction Cost Estimate means Design Professional’s dated estimate, prepared and updated by Design Professional’s construction cost estimating consultant(s), which shall include the Major Categories of Work of the entire Project’s cost of construction and contingency with respect to each phase of development, delivered to the Owner.
Construction Cost Estimate means the estimate of construction costs associated with the project design services provided under this Agreement including those estimates provided by Architect, Construction Manager, or other third party.

  • At the conclusion of this phase of ARCHITECT’S work, the following steps will be taken to reconcile the accuracy of the Construction Cost Estimate prepared by the ARCHITECT.

Construction Cost Estimate. An opinion of probable construction cost made by Xxxxxx. In providing opinions of probable construction cost, it is recognized that neither the Client nor Xxxxxx has control over the costs of labor, equipment or materials, or over the contractor’s methods of determining prices or bidding. The opinion of probable construction costs is based on Xxxxxx’x reasonable professional judgment and experience and does not constitute a warranty, express or implied, that the contractor’s bids or the negotiated price of the work on the Project(s) will not vary from the Client’s budget or from any opinion of probable cost prepared by Xxxxxx.
