Construction Cost Estimate definition

Construction Cost Estimate means an anticipated amount for which a Contractor will execute the construction of the Project;
Construction Cost Estimate means Design Professional’s dated estimate, prepared and updated by Design Professional’s construction cost estimating consultant(s), which shall include the Major Categories of Work of the entire Project’s cost of construction and contingency with respect to each phase of development, delivered to the Owner.
Construction Cost Estimate or “CCE” means the estimated cost of construction at time of bid for the School Facilities Project, which amount does not include the costs of permits, acquisition of land, furnishings, contingencies, professional fees, financing costs, and any other similar types of costs. The CCE shall be prepared by the Design Consultant in accordance with this Agreement, and shall be continually updated by the Design Consultant throughout the design of the School Facilities Project as set forth in this Agreement.

  • At the conclusion of this phase of ARCHITECT’S work, the following steps will be taken to reconcile the accuracy of the Construction Cost Estimate prepared by the ARCHITECT.
