The City will apply, or will cause the Manager to apply, the proceeds of the Series 2023[●] Bonds it receives from the Authority and deposited into the Construction Account to pay or reimburse the Project Costs, in each case subject to the Construction Budget and review and sign-off by the Construction Monitor in accordance with the terms of the Construction Disbursement Agreement.
