Construction Inspector definition
Construction Inspector means the engineer or architect, who may be an employee of the City, or firm of engineers or architects appointed by the City.
Construction Inspector means Meridian Management, or such other construction inspector, to be engaged by the Disbursing Agent with respect to the construction of the Improvements, and the acquisition and installation of all equipment and other Property required for the Project, with the consent of the Lenders.
Construction Inspector means a third-party architect or engineer selected and retained by the Funding Lender, at the cost and expense of the Borrower, to monitor the progress of construction of the Project and to inspect the Improvements to confirm compliance with this Borrower Loan Agreement.

Construction Inspector means a person who, under the direction of the Consulting Engineer, inspects the construction of the Works and Services;
Construction Inspector means the architectural or engineering firm or such party which the Agent shall designate to perform various services on behalf of the Agent and the Lenders. The services to be performed by the Construction Inspector shall include inspections, review of the plans and all proposed changes to them, preparation of a “cost breakdown” construction analysis, periodic inspections of construction work for conformity with the plans, approval of draw requests and the issuance of reports and certifications solely for the benefit of the Agent and the Lenders and shall not impose upon the Agent or any Lender any obligation to make inspections, or to correct or require any other Person to correct any defects, or to notify any Person with respect to such defects.
Construction Inspector means that person identified in the Construction Monitoring Agreement entered as of even date herewith.
Construction Inspector means such licensed engineer or architect either employed by or retained and designated by the City from time to time, and/or such individuals as may be designated to carry out inspections on behalf of the City’s planning and zoning and public works departments.
Construction Inspector means EMG, or any successor thereto with the Consent of the Special Limited Partner. If there is, at any time, an identity of interest between the Partnership and the Construction Inspector, or between the Contractor and the Construction Inspector, then the General Partner will immediately relieve the Construction Inspector of any inspecting duties. The General Partner shall dismiss the Construction Inspector for cause if the Construction Inspector fails to detect, or fails to notify the General Partner and Special Limited Partner within five business days of a draw request, that:
(a) the Construction Budget is not In-Balance; (b) a change order; (c) any modification to the Plans and Specifications; or (d) any modification to a construction line item from the approved Construction Budget as specified in the Development, Construction and Operating Budget Agreement entered into as of even date herewith.
