Construction Management Fee definition
Construction Management Fee means a fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or to provide major repairs or rehabilitation on a Property.

Tenant shall pay the Construction Management Fee to Landlord as compensation for Landlord’s management services in protecting Landlord’s interest in the Building.

Construction Management Fee means 4% of the costs incurred by or on behalf of Owner for the construction of each Segment.
