Construction Phase definition

Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.
Construction Phase means the period commencing upon the receipt of the FERC Authorization or such other date to which the Parties shall mutually agree in writing, and ending on the day immediately preceding the Commercial Operation Date or upon the earlier termination of this Agreement pursuant to its terms (regardless of whether or not any such day is a Business Day).
Construction Phase means that period necessary to construct, alter, abandon, or remove a system in accordance with the terms and conditions of an individual permit.

  • If the total actual Preconstruction Fee is less than the maximum Preconstruction Fee used for initial calculation of the GMP as provided above, the GMP shall be reduced by the difference; provided that Owner may direct instead that any unapplied portion of the maximum Preconstruction Fee be applied to Construction Phase Services, in which case the GMP shall not be reduced by the portion so applied.

  • If the Forward Commitment Maturity Date is extended by Xxxxxxx Xxx in accordance with the Xxxxxxx Xxx Commitment and the Construction Phase Financing Agreement, the first principal payment date under the Funding Loan Amortization Schedule shall automatically be extended to the first day of the month immediately succeeding the Conversion Date (with the succeeding principal installments remaining consistent with the original schedule but for them occurring on later dates).

Construction Phase is defined as including the following subphases: Construction Administration, Closeout and Warranty, and may include some activities that occur after Final Completion.
