Construction Projects definition

Construction Projects means the construction, renewal, renovation, restoration, and replacement of buildings, structures, improvements, and other physical infrastructure, and any parts thereof.

Construction Projects has the meaning set forth in Article 2.

Construction Projects means the process of building, renovating, altering, improving, or repairing public buildings or public works. “Construction Projects” does not mean the routine operation, repair, or maintenance of existing structures, buildings, or real property.

Examples of Construction Projects in a sentence

• Where the specific type of Special Inspections require a Geotechnical Engineer, an Engineer registered and licensed as such by the Kentucky State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, pursuant to KRS Chapter 322, and particularly versed and experienced in construction inspection of subsurface or soil conditions for Capital Construction Projects at various locations as required by the Owner, may provide these Special Inspection Services.

• Contractors shall provide each of the following four types of service, as may be requested by eligible purchasers: Full Service; Temporary Placement for Construction Projects; Single Use; and Will Call.

• Where the specific type of Special Inspections require materials testing, an Engineer registered and licensed as such by the Kentucky State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, pursuant to KRS Chapter 322, and particularly versed and experienced in construction materials testing for Capital Construction Projects at various locations as required by the Owner, may provide these Special Inspection Services.

• Without the prior written consent from the other Party (or its subsidiary), neither CSCECL (or its subsidiary) nor CSC (or its subsidiary) may: (i) transfer, assign, pledge or encumber a JV Agreement and/or any interest of such Party (or its subsidiary) under such JV Agreement; (ii) change the nature or scope of business of the contractual joint venture; and (iii) procure the joint venture to enter into any transactions concerning the relevant Construction Projects which are not on an arm’s length basis.

Construction Projects means work other than maintenance and refurbishment on existing rail.

Construction Projects as used herein shall mean projects with a value in excess of
