Construction Start Date definition

Construction Start Date means the later to occur of the date on which Seller delivers to Buyer (a) a copy of the Notice to Proceed that Seller has delivered to the EPC Contractor for the Project, and (b) a written Certification substantially in the form attached hereto as Appendix IV-1.

Construction Start Date means the date on which the “notice to proceed” is issued by the Company to the Construction Contractor(s) with copy to BPDB in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Contract(s) authorizing the Construction Contractor(s) to commence the activities under the Construction Contract(s) and the Construction Contractor(s) has accepted the notice to proceed issued by the Company in accordance with the Construction Contract(s);
