Construction Worker definition

Construction Worker means an Employee engaged to perform work in one of the classifications set out in APPENDIX ONE, SECTION ONE of this Agreement; Double time and a half mean one and a half days wages in addition to the Employee's ordinary time rate of pay or pro rata if there is more or less than a day; Electrical Worker means an Employee engaged to perform work in one of the classifications set out in APPENDIX ONE, SECTION THREE of this Agreement; Employee means employees of the Employer on the Project who are employed as Construction Workers or Electrical Workers or Plumbing, Mechanical Plumbing, Sprinkler Fitting and Pipe Trades Workers, whom perform work on the Project in classifications as set out in APPENDIX ONE – Rates of Pay & Allowances.

Injury shall have the same definition as the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 (Qld); JetCo means Joint Electrical Training Company; Kept waiting for wages on pay day means all such time spent waiting, wherever the waiting is done; Overtime means any time worked in excess of or outside of the ordinary working hours;
Construction Worker means a person engaged on a temporary basis to perform work involving invasive construction activities including, but not limited to, personnel performing demolition, earth-moving, building, and routine and emergency utility installation or repair activities.

Construction Worker means an individual directly involved in the construction, reconstruction, improvement, rehabilitation, installation, alteration, renovation, demolition or otherwise providing for any building, facility, roads, highways, bridges, or physical structure of any kind, but does not include professional services employees or those construction workers for which a New York State Certified Worker Training Program does not exist.
