Consultancy Firm definition

Consultancy Firm or “Consultant” means a firm such as a ‘company’ duly incorporated under the laws of Pakistan, a registered or unregistered ‘partnership firm’ or ‘association of persons’ or a ‘limited liability partnership’ or ‘sole proprietorshipduly existing under the law of Pakistan or Consortium that intends to provide the Consultancy Services described in the Bidding Documents to the Procuring Agency.
Consultancy Firm means any private or public entity that will provide the Services to Council under the Contract.
Consultancy Firm means the firm entering into contract with OHM/CCW.
