Consultant Representative definition

Consultant Representative means the Consultant's representative throughout the duration of the Contract who has the authority to act on behalf of the Consultant to the extent expressly provided for in this Contract;

Consultant Representative means the person designated by the CONSULTANT to act as liaison between the CONSULTANT and the DEPARTMENT.

Consultant Representative means the qualified employee or officer of the CONSULTANT who has the duties and responsibilities of the "engineer" and "Project Engineer" as used in the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Highway and Structure Construction, and State of Wisconsin, Department of Transportation Construction and Materials Manual.
