Consultations definition

Consultations has the meaning ascribed thereto in Subsection 4.5 (b).
Consultations referred to in this Chapter does not mean consultations under Article 208.
Consultations means the process whereby one party solicits and/or receives the timely submitted views of the other party and gives these views fair and serious consideration prior to making a final decision.

Examples of Consultations in a sentence

  • Unless the Parties agree on a different period for consultations, a complaining Party may request in writing the establishment of a Panel if the consultation referred to in the Article 176 (Consultations) fails to resolve a matter within 60 days, after the date of receipt of the request for consultations or 50 days in case of urgent matters.

  • Consultations shall commence within 30 days of receipt by the disputing Member State of the request for consultations, unless the disputing parties otherwise agree.

  • If both Member States fail either to initiate such consultations referred to paragraphs 6 and 7, or to make such joint decisions, within the period of 180 days from the date of the receipt of request for consultation referred to in Article 31 (Consultations), the disputing investor shall not be prevented from submitting its claim to arbitration in accordance with this Section.

  • Consultations between the Parties shall take place without delay in the Joint Committee with a view to finding a commonly acceptable solution.

  • The term "consultations" referred to in this footnote does not mean "consultations" in accordance with Article 23.4 (Consultations).

Consultations means cooperation between the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter only referred to as “Ministry of Economy”) and the consulting bodies in accordance with §15(2) and (3), §16(3) through (5), §17(2) and (4), §54(2) and (3), §55(1), (3) and (4), and §63(3);

Consultations are defined as time the practice spends reviewing subjective or objective information about your case, formulating medical advice from this information, and communicating that advice to you or others on your behalf. “Consultations” shall definitively, but not exclusively, include time spent doing prior authorizations, writing letters in your behalf, speaking with specialists about your case, reviewing laboratory and imaging data, reports from other physicians, reviewing your symptoms and performing and reviewing your physical exam findings. “Administrative functionsresulting from consultations will not be billed, and are considered an included service of the consultation. “Administrative functions” shall definitively but not exclusively, include prescription refills, scheduling referrals with other providers, imaging procedures, preparing laboratory orders and kits.
