Receiving Party shall not ever attempt to consummate or in any manner consummate any transaction ("Consummated Transaction") involving, relating to, referring to, concerning, relying upon, based upon, similar to and/or using, in full or in part, the AgEdge and/or any of the Proprietary Information except through AgEdge.
Receiving Party shall deal exclusively with AgEdge and not, in any manner, attempt to circumvent AgEdge in any Consummated Transaction or Proposed Transaction.
