Contact List definition

Contact List means a current list of Contractor contacts and telephone numbers set forth in the attached Schedule DAttachment 1 to this Schedule to enable the State to escalate its Support Requests, including: (a) the first person to contact; and (b) the persons in successively more qualified or experienced positions to provide the support sought.
