Contest Period definition

Contest Period has the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 7.9(a).

Contest Period means the duration of a contest from the beginning date to the ending date.

Contest Period means the period of time extending from the Contest Beginning Date until the Contest Completion Date.

Entrants waive and release Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, trustees, fiduciaries, members, agents, employees and Affiliated Entities from any and all claims that entrants may now or hereafter have in any jurisdiction based on "moral rights" or unfair competition with respect to Sponsor's or any Affiliated Entity's exploitation of Entries without further notification or compensation to entrants of any kind, and agree not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against the Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees or Affiliated Entities, on the grounds that any use of any Entry, or any derivative works, infringe, or violate any of entrant's rights therein.

Contest Period means the period commencing from 12:00 am on October 13, 2023, to 11:59pm on November 14, 2023.
