Contingency Search recruitment services provided to the Client where payment of Commission is entirely dependent on the entry into a Relevant Contract.
Contingency Search means a search whereby the Introduction Fee will be payable by the Client upon Engagement of a Candidate, and invoiced on the Candidate’s Start Date with the Client.
