Contingent Warrant definition

Contingent Warrant has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b).
Contingent Warrant means that certain Warrant to Purchase Common Stock of Blue Bird Corporation dated December 7, 2023 between Blue Bird Corporation and the Investor pursuant to which the Investor is entitled to purchase up to 333,333 shares of common stock of Blue Bird Corporation.
Contingent Warrant shall have the meaning given such term in the ------------------ Warrant.

  • In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this document and the provisions of the Contingent Warrant Agreement, the provisions of this document shall govern.

More Definitions of Contingent Warrant

Contingent Warrant means the warrant to purchase shares of Common Stock which shall be issued by the Company to the Purchaser if (i) the Company does not draw the full $2,000,0000 principal amount available under the Note, and (ii) the Note has not been prepaid by July 1, 2008.
