Continuation Date definition

Continuation Date means any date on which Borrower continues a LIBOR Advance into another Interest Period.
Continuation Date means any date on which Borrower elects to continue a LIBOR Credit Extension into another Interest Period.

  • If We receive (a) and (b) on different dates, the Continuation Date will be the later date.

More Definitions of Continuation Date

Continuation Date means any date as of which the Borrower elects to continue a Eurodollar Loan as a Eurodollar Loan for a further Interest Period in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.04.
