Examples of Continuing Agreements in a sentence
This Agreement and the Continuing Agreements constitute the entire agreement and supersede all other prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, among the parties, or any of them, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
The Seller, on behalf of itself and its Affiliates that are parties to the Continuing Agreements, agrees to continue to provide to the Buyer the Products and Services being provided under the Continuing Agreements as of the Effective Date, in accordance with the terms of the applicable Continuing Agreement.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, any intercompany accounts provided for on the exhibits or schedules to this Agreement or the Transition Services Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, all TTO Related Accounts, and those Continuing Agreements listed on Schedule 2.5 hereto) shall not be subject to this Section 2.4.
