Continuing Employees definition

Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).
Continuing Employees means each individual who is an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries immediately prior to the Effective Time and continues to be an employee of Parent or one of its Subsidiaries (including the Surviving Corporation) immediately following the Effective Time.
Continuing Employees has the meaning specified in Section 7.3(a).

  • The acceleration of vesting of all outstanding stock options, restricted stock, restricted stock units or any other equity incentive award of Seller Parent held by Continuing Employees shall have occurred.

Continuing Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.17(a).
