Continuing Employees definition

Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).
Continuing Employees means each individual who is an employee of the Company Group immediately prior to the Effective Time and continues to be an employee of Parent or one of its Subsidiaries (including the Surviving Corporation) immediately following the Effective Time.

More Definitions of Continuing Employees

Continuing Employees means all employees of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries who, as of the Closing, continue their employment with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
