If the Required Lenders have elected (in their sole and absolute discretion) to so extend the Termination Date, the Designated Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower of such election by the Required Lenders, and effective on the date which is 30 days after the date of such notice by the Designated Agent to the Borrower, the Termination Date shall be automatically and immediately so extended with regard to the Continuing Lenders.
The Total Commitments shall be reduced by the amount of the Commitment of such Non-Extending Lender to the extent the Commitment of such Non-Extending Lender has not been transferred to one or more Continuing Lenders pursuant to Section 2.7 (e).
