Continuously employed as used in Section 9, means continuously employed by the Bank but excludes any period of employment by a bank or financial institution acquired by or merged into the Bank and excludes any period of employment by the Bank if such period is separated from the current employment with the Bank by a break in service (other a break in service resulting solely from illness, disability or family leave).
Continuously employed means the absence of any interruption or termination of service. Continuous Employment with the Company shall not be considered interrupted in the case of the sick leave, military leave or any other leave of absence approved by the Company or protected under applicable law or in the case of transfers between location of the Company; provided that the individual continues to be an Employee of the Company;

Continuously employed means employment that has not been interrupted by a break in service.
Continuously employed means a period of employment which has not been interrupted by more than thirty (30) calendar days at any one time, except by an authorized leave of absence, sick leave, vacation, or military leave of absence, absence due to illness that was compensable under Minnesota Workers Compensation or, for a period not to exceed two years while on Long Term Disability.
