Examples of Contract Amount in a sentence
If the Contract Amount is $200,000 or more, Contractor shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by this Agreement to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Code section 11200 in accordance with PCC 10353.
If the Contract Amount is $100,000 or more, Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with PCC 10295.3, which places limitations on contracts with contractors who discriminate in the provision of benefits regarding marital or domestic partner status.
In the event the Agreement is terminated pursuant to one of the termination provisions of this Agreement, the Judicial Council will make any allowable or applicable payments, not to exceed the total Contract Amount set forth in Table 1, above, in any event.
The Program Manager may reallocate funds between the estimated amounts set forth in Exhibit G, without an Amendment to this Agreement, as long as the total amount to be paid under this Agreement does not exceed the Contract Amount.
