  • If the Contract Amount is $200,000 or more, Contractor shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by this Agreement to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Code section 11200 in accordance with PCC 10353.

  • If the Contract Amount is $100,000 or more, Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with PCC 10295.3, which places limitations on contracts with contractors who discriminate in the provision of benefits regarding marital or domestic partner status.

  • In the event the Agreement is terminated pursuant to one of the termination provisions of this Agreement, the Judicial Council will make any allowable or applicable payments, not to exceed the total Contract Amount set forth in Table 1, above, in any event.

More Definitions of Contract Amount

Contract Amount means the total monies payable to the Contractor under the Contract Documents. The term "Contract Price" where used in the Contract Documents refers to the Contract Amount.
