Contract Amount definition

Contract Amount means:

Contract Amount means the total amount encumbered under this Agreement for any payment by the Judicial Council to the Contractor for performance of the Work, in accordance with the Contract Documents.

More Definitions of Contract Amount

Contract Amount means the total monies payable to the Contractor under the Contract Documents. The term "Contract Price" where used in the Contract Documents refers to the Contract Amount.
