Contract Capacity definition

Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).
Contract Capacity. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(b) of Attachment A (Description of Generation, Conversion and Storage Facility) to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Contract Capacity
