Contract Extension definition

Contract Extension means an extension to the duration of the Contract, but not including any alteration to the scope of the Contract.
Contract Extension means an amendment to a Contract which has the effect of increasing the value of the Contract in funds, increasing the scope of the work and/or extending the term of a Contract, where the terms of the Contract do not include the option for such amendment;

  • In conjunction with this Contract Extension Agreement, OGS conducts a review of Contractors to provide reasonable assurances that the Contractor is responsive and responsible.

  • It is recommended that all Contractors become familiar with all of the requirements of the Questionnaire in advance of the Contract Extension to provide sufficient time to complete the Questionnaire.
