Contract Funds definition
Contract Funds means the funds that have been appropriated, designated, encumbered, or otherwise made available for payment by the State under this Contract.
Contract Funds means funds available for payment by the State to Contractor pursuant to this Contract.

Maximum Amount Payments to Contractor are limited to the unpaid, obligated balance of the Contract Funds.
