Contract Items means the products, services, or both set forth in the bid and necessary for the completion of the Construction Project. Contract Items may include, but are not limited to, earth excavation, rock excavation, hot mix asphalt, structural steel, trench excavation, turf establishment, Class A concrete, traffic person services, mobilization, and clearing and grubbing within the Construction Project limits.
