Contract Standard definition

Contract Standard means such standard as complies in each and every respect with all relevant provisions of the Contract;
Contract Standard means that standard set out in Clause 4.1;

More Definitions of Contract Standard

Contract Standard means such standard as complies in each and every respect with the provisions of this Agreement;
