This Agreement applies to the delivery of Gas to and the receipt of Contracted Power Products from each of the Facilities.
All Contracted Power Products delivered by the Company shall meet the frequency, voltage and other quality requirements of the receiving Transmission Provider at the Power Delivery Point.
The Company shall deliver all Contracted Power Products Scheduled by CES with respect to each Facility to the applicable Power Delivery Point unless prevented from doing so by Force Majeure.
