Contractor Employee means without limitation, any employees, officers, directors, members, managers, trustees, volunteers, attorneys, and representatives of Contractor, and also includes any Contractor licenses, concessionaires, contractors, subcontractors, independent contractors, contractor’s supplies, subsidiaries, joint ventures or partners, and/or any such persons, successors or predecessors, employees, (whether such persons act or acted in their personal, representative or official capacities), and/or any and all persons acting by, through, under, or in concert with any person who was a Contractor Employee at anytime during the term of this contract but, for any reason, is no longer employed, appointed, or elected in that capacity.
