Contractor Related Party definition

Contractor Related Party means any officer, agent, employee of the Contractor acting in the course of his office or employment including any Sub-Contractors supplied by the Contractor in relation to the Services;
Contractor Related Party means an officer, servant or agent of the contractor, or any affiliate of the contractor, or any subcontractor and any officer, servant or agent of such a person;
Contractor Related Party means the Contractor's agents and Sub-Contractors and its or their sub-contractors of any tier and its or their directors, officers, employees and workmen in relation to the Project and any person on or at the Authority’s Premises at the express or implied invitation of the Contractor (other than the Authority).

Contractor Related Party has the meaning given to it in the Project Agreement;14

Contractor Related Party means: (a) Contractor; (b) any Subcontractor; (c) any other Critical Path(s) means the longest chain or chains of connected activities through the Project network in terms of time with the least amount of positive slack or the greatest amount of negative slack. Where multiple calendars are included in the Project Schedule, the longest path sort will be used to calculate the Critical Path(s) and Float. DBE means Disadvantaged Business Enterprise.
Contractor Related Party means each of the Contractor, Contractor's Affiliates, agents and contractors and its or their subcontractors of any tier and its or their directors, officers and employees, but excluding the Subcontractor and its directors, officers and employees; Crown means Her Majesty's Government which shall be deemed to include any government department, office or agency and any Secretary of State; Default means any breach of this Agreement, act or omission giving rise to actual or potential Losses whether arising in tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, including any Loss that is subject to an indemnity set out in this Agreement; Dependency means the actions of the Contractor set out in Schedule 4 (Services); Direction means any applicable guidance or direction with which the Contractor is bound to comply including national standards for the management of offenders under Section 7(1) of the OMA and guidelines published by the Authority under Sections 10(1) and 10(2) of the OMA; Dispute has the meaning give to it in Clause 118.1(a);
Contractor Related Party means: (a) an officer, servant or agent of the Contractor, or any Affiliate of the Contractor; any Key Sub-Contractor and/or Sub-Contractor acting in connection with this Contract; any person on or at any of the Authority Sites at the express or implied invitation of the Contractor (other than an Authority Related Party); and/or any officer, servant or agent of such person; Contractor’s Premises means those premises or parts of premises which are not Authority Sites but which are used by Contractor Related Parties for the purpose of providing the Contractor Deliverables and which includes, but is not limited to, the Bristol Premises and the Newcastle Premises;
