Contractor Related Party definition
Contractor Related Party means any officer, agent, employee of the Contractor acting in the course of their office or employment including any Sub-Contractors supplied by the Contractor in relation to the Services;
Contractor Related Party means an officer, servant or agent of the Contractor, or any Affiliate of the Contractor, or any Subcontractor and any officer, servant or agent of such a person;
Contractor Related Party has the meaning given to it in the Project Agreement;16

If such act or omission of the Contractor or any Contractor Related Party and/or any default, negligence and/or breach as described in clause 46.b (Interdependent Contracts) has contributed to the GFA Failure, the Contractor’s entitlement to relief shall be reduced by an amount proportional to such contribution to the GFA Failure.
More Definitions of Contractor Related Party
Contractor Related Party means: (a) Contractor; (b) any Subcontractor; (c) any other Person and/or Entity performing any of the Work; (d) any other Persons or Entities for whom Contractor may be legally or contractually responsible; and (e) any Affiliate, employees, agents, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, consultants, successors, assigns and invitees of any of the foregoing. Contractor’s Technical Proposal means that document set forth in Appendix 4. Cooperative Agreements mean those agreements set forth in Appendix 8.
Contractor Related Party. [has the meaning given in the D&B Contract] [means any person who under the terms of the D&B Contract is a “LEP Related Party”]11;

Contractor Related Party means the Contractor’s agents and contractors (including without limitation the Construction Sub-Contractor and the Operating Sub-Contractor) and its or their sub-contractors of any tier and its or their directors, officers, employees and workmen in relation to the Project and any person on or at any of the [sites] at the express or implied invitation of the Contractor (other than the Authority or any [Authority related party]);128
Contractor Related Party means: (a) Contractor; (b) any Subcontractor; (c) any other Critical Path(s) means the longest chain or chains of connected activities through the Project network in terms of time with the least amount of positive slack or the greatest amount of negative slack. Where multiple calendars are included in the Project Schedule, the longest path sort will be used to calculate the Critical Path(s) and Float. DBE means Disadvantaged Business Enterprise.
Contractor Related Party means: (a) an officer, servant or agent of the Contractor, or any Affiliate of the Contractor; any Key Sub-Contractor and/or Sub-Contractor acting in connection with this Contract; any person on or at any of the Authority Sites at the express or implied invitation of the Contractor (other than an Authority Related Party); and/or any officer, servant or agent of such person; Contractor’s Premises means those premises or parts of premises which are not Authority Sites but which are used by Contractor Related Parties for the purpose of providing the Contractor Deliverables and which includes, but is not limited to, the Bristol Premises and the Newcastle Premises;

(c) any person on or at any Apartment Area at the express or implied invitation of the Contractor (other than an Authority Related Party), but excluding in each case the Authority and an Authority Related Party Contractor Suspension Notice has the meaning given to it in Clause 14A.2.2 (Judicial Proceedings) Contractor's Contractual Method Statements means those of the Contractor's method statements for the provision of the Works and Services to satisfy the Output Specification which are to be contractually binding upon the Contractor as contained in part 1 Construction Proposals and part 2 Service Delivery Proposals of Schedule 2 (Contractor's Proposals), and/or any proposed variation to the Contractor’s Proposals to which the Authority does not raise objections in accordance with the Review Procedure
