Contractor Team Arrangement definition

Contractor Team Arrangement as used in this subpart, means an arrangement in which—

Contractor Team Arrangement pursuant to FAR 9.601(1) means an arrangement in which two or more companies form a Partnership or Joint Venture to act as a potential Prime Contractor. This is the only type of CTA that will be considered as an eligible contractor to the exclusion of all other CTA types that are defined in the FAR, FAR agency supplemental regulations, agency desk guides, or any other form of federal acquisition policy.

Incumbent employees, as defined above, may move from one company to another company within the Contractor Team Arrangement and maintain their incumbency status.
