Contractor’s Equipment definition
Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.
Contractor’s Equipment means all tools, plant, equipment, materials and supplies provided by the Contractor Group (whether owned, leased or hired) in connection with the performance of the Work/Services (including, without limitation, those referred to in the Scope of Work) and whether or not for incorporation in the Facilities/ Work(s);
Contractor’s Equipment means any equipment, including tools, systems (including laptops), cabling or facilities provided by the Contractor or its sub-contractors and used directly or indirectly in the supply of the Services which are not the subject of a separate agreement between the parties under which title passes to ONR;

The Contractor warrants that the Contractor’s Equipment shall be of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose of providing the Services in accordance with this Contract.
The Contractor shall be required to pay Bermudian Taxes on all Contractor’s Equipment (except as described in the Fifth Schedule, Section 2 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970) materials and other things of whatsoever nature brought into Bermuda for the purpose of Contract.
More Definitions of Contractor’s Equipment
Contractor’s Equipment means the equipment, materials and consumables to be used by the Contractor or any sub-contractor in the provision of the Services as set out in Appendix B of the Asset Register;
Contractor’s Equipment means barges, vessels, floaters, anchors, chains, floating crafts and other appliances and things of whatsoever nature required for execution and completion of the Works;

Contractor’s Equipment means the Drilling Unit (as hereinafter defined) together with all the drilling and associated equipment listed in SECTION 7 Group 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "DRILLING EQUIPMENT") together with the CONTRACTOR'S stock of spare parts.
Contractor’s Equipment is the FMC’s machinery and vehicles brought temporarily to the Site to perform the Services.
Contractor’s Equipment means equipment other than ”tools” used off premises.
