Contractor’s Project Manager definition

Contractor’s Project Manager means [***], or any other project manager appointed by Contractor.
Contractor’s Project Manager means the person in the employ of Contractor who (i) is the principal person who carries out Contractor’s responsibilities under the Agreement and (ii) is the primary contact of Contractor with SEPTA’s Project Manager.
Contractor’s Project Manager means the Contractor’s designee who shall act as Project Manager in the overall management and coordination of contract services on Contractor’s behalf, and shall act as the central point of contact with the County.

More Definitions of Contractor’s Project Manager

Contractor’s Project Manager means the Person whom Contractor designates in Exhibit H to issue and receive communications on Contractor’s behalf under this Agreement.

The Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel shall be assigned to this Contract for the duration of this Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. Contractor’s Key Personnel are those individuals who report directly to the Contractor’s Project Manager.
