Contractor’s Services definition

Contractor’s Services shall have the meaning set forth in Article 3 of this Agreement. “Contracting Officer” shall mean the CHA’s CEO or his/her designee.

Contractor’s Services. All tasks, actions, and work performed by Contractor or its affiliates or subcontractors pursuant to this Agreement and as further described in Section 2.

Examples of Contractor’s Services in a sentence

• The Contractor shall be compensated for the Contractor’s Services performed hereunder pursuant to: (i) the monthly fixed fee cost table below; and (ii) any performance-based adjustments, disincentives or other compensation elements or components based on Section 4.03.

• The CHA is to be endorsed as an additional insured on the Contractor’s policy without restriction on a primary and non-contributory basis with any other insurance available to the CHA for any liability arising directly or indirectly from the Contractor’s Services.

• The CHA shall pay compensation to the Contractor for the performance of the Contractor’s Services under and in accordance with this Agreement in the total not-to-exceed amount of Twenty-Four Million Two Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Forty-One and 60/100 Dollars ($24,223,341.60) (hereinafter the “Total Maximum Compensation”) for the initial three-year term.

• No member of the governing body of the CHA or other units of government and no other officer, employee, or agent of the CHA or other unit of government who exercises any functions or responsibilities in connection with the Contractor’s Services to which the Agreement pertains, shall have any personal interest, direct or indirect, in the Agreement.

• The Contractor shall promptly resume performance of such Contractor’s Services under the same terms and conditions as stated herein upon written notice by the CHA and such equitable extension of time as may be mutually agreed upon by the CHA and the Contractor, when necessary for continuation or completion of the Contractor’s Services.

More Definitions of Contractor’s Services

Contractor’s Services. Those services within the scope of work of this Contract or any exhibit, attachment or addendum thereto which relates to the Scope of Services in connection with Contractor's employment or practice. County: Shall mean the County of Volusia (a body corporate and politic and a subdivision of the State of Florida) including its districts, authorities, separate units of government established by law, ordinance or resolution, partners, elected and non-elected officials, employees, agents, volunteers, and any party with whom the County has agreed by contract to provide additional insured status. County Representative: Also known as the person designated by the County to review, approve and make decisions regarding the Scope of Work in this Contract.

Contractor’s Services means all services performed for or delivered to Clients by Contractors.

Contractor’s Services means the services to be provided by the Contractor under the Contractor Agreement.

Contractor’s Services shall enable Facilities to electronically transmit claims on at least a weekly basis.

Contractor’s Services means Catering Services, Concession Services and the Sale of Refreshments from Mobile Stands, in the Clubhouse and in the Arena Restaurant hereunder and the conduct of all related business hereunder.

Contractor’s Services means the change orders, pending change orders and disputed claims of Contractor listed on the attached Schedule 7.2(b)(iv)-7(A).

Contractor’s Services means the services provided by Contractor to Qualified Participants in connection with Contractor’s participation in the City’s WIOA Programs pursuant to this Agreement and includes, but is not limited to, the provision of the services set forth in the Scope of Work.
