Contractor’s Services definition

Contractor’s Services shall have the meaning set forth in Article 3 of this Agreement. “Contracting Officer” shall mean the CHA’s CEO or his/her designee.

Contractor’s Services means the ICT Services and the PP Services;

• The JBE may terminate this Agreement or limit Contractor’s Services (and reduce proportionately Contractor’s fees) upon Notice to Contractor without prejudice to any right or remedy of the JBE if: (i) expected or actual funding to compensate Contractor is withdrawn, reduced or limited; or (ii) the JBE determines that Contractor’s performance under this Agreement has become infeasible due to changes in applicable laws.

• Contractor agrees to assist City in meeting City’s reporting requirements to the State and other agencies with respect to Contractor’s Services hereunder.

• The Contractor shall maintain the confidentiality of all information, documents, programs, procedures, and all other items that Contractor encounters while performing the Contractor’s Services to the extent allowed by law.

• Coverage will apply to liability for professional error, act or omission arising out of or in connection with the Contractor’s Services under the Contract.

• The method and manner in which Contractor’s Services hereunder shall be performed shall be determined by Contractor and the County will not exercise control over Contractor or its employees except insofar as may be reasonably necessary to ensure performance and compliance with this Agreement.

More Definitions of Contractor’s Services

Contractor’s Services shall enable Facilities to electronically transmit claims on at least a weekly basis.

Contractor’s Services. Contractor shall perform the services as described in Attachment “A” attached, at the rates set forth in Attachment “A”.
