Contractual Date of Delivery definition

Contractual Date of Delivery means the contractual date of delivery stated in Box 10.
Contractual Date of Delivery means the agreed date of delivery when the Deliverable(s) shall fulfil the Agreed Specification. The Parties, in each respective Delivery Agreement, will agree on the Contractual Date of Delivery. In case of Support Services and Managed Services, Contractual Date of Delivery means the first date when the Services, according to Agreed Specification, are available for the use by Customer.

  • If the Builder does not provide such notice before the expiry of the deadline (no later than 30 calendar days after the Buyer has declared the option and in any event before the shipbuilding contract for the option vessel is signed), the delivery date shall be the delivery date stated in Box 28 (7 months after the Contractual Date of Delivery in this Contract).

More Definitions of Contractual Date of Delivery

Contractual Date of Delivery with respect to the WLL System shall mean the date defined in Clause 11.1.
Contractual Date of Delivery means the date agreed between the Parties when, at the latest, the Deliverables shall have been accepted or approved, as applicable, by Buyer. Contractual Date of Delivery means the date(s) the Wireless Fixed Access, Documentation or Spare Parts shall be delivered to Xxxx xx 0, Xxxxxxx according to the Purchase Order.
