Contractual Delivery Date means the stipulated date on which the contractor shall attain

Contractual Delivery Date means the stipulated date on which the contractor shall attain ‘completion’ of the Supply of Stores, as specified in the purchase order.

More Definitions of Contractual Delivery Date

Contractual Delivery Date or “CDD” means:
