Examples of Contractual Obligation in a sentence
No Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries is in violation of (i) any of its Governing Documents, (ii) any Requirement of Law, or (iii) any Contractual Obligation (including, without limitation, any Material Contract) binding on it or any of its properties except, in the case of clause (ii) and clause (iii), to the extent such violation could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
The execution and delivery of the Transaction Documents to which it is a party, and the performance of the transactions contemplated thereby and the fulfillment of the terms thereof applicable to the Collateral Custodian, will not conflict with, violate, result in any breach of any of the terms and provisions of, or constitute (with or without notice or lapse of time or both) a default under, any Applicable Law or any Contractual Obligation of the Collateral Custodian.
