Contractual Obligations definition

Contractual Obligations means, as to any Person, any provision of any security issued by such Person or of any agreement, undertaking, contract, indenture, mortgage, deed of trust or other instrument to which such Person is a party or by which it or any of its property is bound.

More Definitions of Contractual Obligations

Contractual Obligations means all Contractual Obligations of the Pledgor under the Exclusive Call Option Agreement and the Power of Attorney, all Contractual Obligations of Party C under the Business Cooperation Agreement, the Exclusive Call Option Agreement and the Power of Attorney, and all Contractual Obligations of the Pledgor and Party C under this Agreement.
