Acknowledgements in event venues must be present for the duration of the events; acknowledgements on-line must remain active for the whole Contractual Period of the Project, at minimum.
Upon such notification to the contractor, the Contract will thereby be extended for the Period notified and all Terms and Conditions will remain in force and, save that the Contractual Period in the Contract will be deemed to have been so amended as to reflect the extension of the contractual period, all other Terms and Conditions will remain unchanged and in force.
