Contractual Requirement definition

Contractual Requirement shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.3.
Contractual Requirement means, as to any Person, any provision of any security issued by such Person or of any agreement, instrument or other undertaking to which such Person is a party or by which it or any of its property is bound.
Contractual Requirement shall have the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.6 [No Conflict].

Contractual Requirement means (a) any applicable provision of any material law, statute, rule, regulation, order, writ, injunction or decree of any court or governmental instrumentality or (b) any of the terms, covenants, conditions or provisions of any material indenture, loan agreement, lease agreement, mortgage, deed of trust, agreement or other material instrument to which such Grantor or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries is a party or by which it or any of its property or assets is bound.
