More Definitions of Contributed Business

Contributed Business means, in respect of GlaxoSmithKline, the GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Business and, in respect of Novartis, the Novartis OTC Business;

Contributed Business means, with respect to an Affiliated -------------------- Subsidiary Group, the business (including assets, liabilities, employees and all other tangible and intangible property), whether originally formed or acquired by Cabletron, contributed by Cabletron to the Affiliated Subsidiary Group and not distributed back to Cabletron.
Contributed Business means certain assets, liabilities and operations of MPC’s and certain of its Subsidiaries’ as described in the Registration Statement.
Contributed Business means any businesses conducted or operated using any of the Contributed Assets, including the associated liabilities.
