Contributed Business means each of the Core MTS Business and the Echo Business, as applicable.

For the avoidance of doubt, Contributed Business does not include (i) receivables for commissions earned but not received by Azoff Management relating to the period ending on July 31, 2013 and (ii) all cash on hand and in the bank accounts of Azoff Management as of July 31, 2013.
