Control Group definition

Control Group means the Company and its Affiliates.
Control Group means the individuals holding the following positions in the "insured organization":

Control Group means the individuals holding the following positions in the Insured Organization: President; members of the Board of Directors; executive officers, including the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer; General Counsel, staff attorneys employed by the Insured Organization; Chief Information Officer; Chief Security Officer; Chief Privacy Officer; Manager; and any individual in a substantially similar position as those referenced above, or with substantially similar responsibilities as those referenced above, irrespective of the exact title of such individual and any individual who previously held any of the above referenced positions.
Control Group means any principal, partner, corporate officer, director, “manager”, general counsel (or most senior legal counsel) or risk manager of the “insured organization” and any individual in a substantially similar position.
Control Group means the Company and any trade or business under common control with the Company within the meaning of Code §414(b) and (c).
Control Group means (a) Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx, any Affiliate Controlled by any such Person and any spouse or lineal descendants (whether natural or adopted) of any such Person and any trust solely for the benefit of such Person and/or such Person’s spouse and/or lineal descendants and (b) any Approved Investor.
