Control Persons definition
Control Persons mean those persons who possess, directly or indirectly, the power to direct or cause the direction of the management or policies of such person, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract, or otherwise. For purposes of this Article 8, “associated persons” shall be as defined under FINRA laws and regulations.
Control Persons shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 12.2 hereof.
Control Persons has the meaning set forth in Section 14.

Subject to the foregoing, Buyer shall respond promptly, and shall cause its Control Persons to respond promptly, to any request by a Governmental Entity (including any Insurance Regulator) for any additional or supplemental information and documentary material in connection therewith.
