Controlled Accounts definition

Controlled Accounts means the Collection Account and the Unfunded Exposure Account.
Controlled Accounts means the Deposit Accounts, Commodity Accounts, Securities Accounts, and/or Foreign Currency Controlled Account of the Grantors listed on Schedule IV attached hereto.
Controlled Accounts means all of such accounts.

Examples of Controlled Accounts in a sentence

  • No Person claiming through or under Borrower shall have any claim to or interest in the Controlled Accounts.

  • The Servicer shall instruct the Collateral Agent by delivery of the Servicing Report and, if the Servicer fails to do so, the Administrative Agent may instruct the Collateral Agent, to apply funds on deposit in the Controlled Accounts as described in this Section 2.04; provided that, at any time after delivery of a Notice of Exclusive Control, the Administrative Agent shall instruct the Collateral Agent to apply funds on deposit in the Controlled Accounts as described in this Section 2.04.


More Definitions of Controlled Accounts

Controlled Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.8(h).
