Examples of Controlled Accumulation Period in a sentence
If for one or more months during the Controlled Accumulation Period there are not sufficient funds to pay the Controlled Deposit Amount, then to the extent that excess funds are not available on subsequent Distribution Dates with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period to make up for such shortfalls, the final payment of principal of the Class A Certificates will occur later than the Expected Final Payment Date.
Any notice by Issuer modifying the commencement of the Controlled Accumulation Period pursuant to this Section 4.13 shall specify (i) the Controlled Accumulation Period Length, (ii) the commencement date of the Controlled Accumulation Period and (iii) the Controlled Accumulation Amount with respect to each Monthly Period during the Controlled Accumulation Period.
Controlled Deposit Amount: For any Collection Period with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Controlled Accumulation Amount for such Collection Period and (b) any Deficit Controlled Accumulation Amount for the immediately preceding Collection Period.
For each Transfer Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period or the Rapid Amortization Period, any such Unallocated Principal Collections held in the Principal Account on such Transfer Date shall be included in the Investor Principal Collections which to the extent available shall be distributed as Available Investor Principal Collections to be applied pursuant to Section 4.09 on such Transfer Date.
Deficit Controlled Accumulation Amount: (a) for the Collection Period immediately preceding the Controlled Accumulation Period, zero, and (b) for any Collection Period in the Controlled Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of the Controlled Deposit Amount for such Collection Period over the aggregate amount deposited into the Note Distribution Account or the Note Defeasance Account with respect to such Collection Period.
