More Definitions of Controlling Note

Controlling Note means so long as any of the Class A Notes are Outstanding, the Class A Notes (voting together as a single class), if the Class A Notes have been paid in full, the Class B Notes and if the Class B Notes have been paid in full, the Class C Notes.
Controlling Note means Note A-1; provided that if and for so long as the Note A-1 Holder is a Borrower Party, then the Controlling Note shall be the Note with the largest Note Principal Balance with respect to which the related Note Holder is not a Borrower Party.

Note B-1 is the Controlling Note as of the Closing Date.
