Conversion Expiration Date definition

Conversion Expiration Date means the close of business on the Business Day prior to the maturity date of the Subordinated Debentures, or in the case of Trust Preferred Securities called for redemption, the close of business on the Business Day prior to the Debenture Redemption Date.
