Convertible Indenture definition

Convertible Indenture means that certain Indenture, dated as of November 26, 2007, among the Borrower, as issuer, and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee.
Convertible Indenture means the Indenture dated as of June 15, 1993 between the Borrower and Norwest Bank Minnesota, National Association, at Trustee, as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
