Convertible Mortgage Loan definition

Convertible Mortgage Loan. Any individual Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan purchased pursuant to this Agreement which contains a provision whereby the Mortgagor is permitted to convert the Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan to a Fixed Rate Mortgage Loan in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note.
Convertible Mortgage Loan. A Mortgage Loan that by its terms and subject to certain conditions contained in the related Mortgage or Mortgage Note allows the Mortgagor to convert the adjustable Mortgage Interest Rate on such Mortgage Loan to a fixed Mortgage Interest Rate.
Convertible Mortgage Loan. Any Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan which by its terms grants to the related Mortgagor the option to convert the interest rate borne by such Mortgage Loan from an adjustable interest rate to a fixed interest rate.
