CONVERTING MORTGAGE LOAN. Any Convertible Mortgage Loan with respect to which the related Mortgagor has given notice of his intent to convert from an adjustable interest rate to a fixed interest rate and prior to the conversion of such Mortgage Loan.
CONVERTING MORTGAGE LOAN. A Convertible Mortgage Loan as to which the ------------------------ Mortgagor is entitled to give and has properly given notice under the terms thereof that such Mortgagor is exercising such Mortgagor's option to convert the related Mortgage Rate to a fixed rate. A Mortgage Loan that converts to a different Index is not a Converting Mortgage Loan.
